This month we have decided not to have a client of the month but recognise some individuals that have really impressed us this time around. Lockdown v.02 has not deterred some of us from regular exercise and healthy eating. The four members I wanted to mention for these reasons are as follows:
Chris Smalley, Charlotte Smith and Joanna Duggan for fitness consistency, overcoming the adversity of technology and embracing the limitations of zoom to get in two+ regular workouts every week. You have given it your all. These 3 clients have shown us that they are not deterred by a national lockdown and have continued to lose kilos each week with the right focus on their eating. We praise you for your commitment to your health and wellness. To lose fat mass whilst being ‘locked in’ for a month is no mean feat but you did it.
The next client we absolutely have to salute is Chris Thompson. He set himself the near impossible challenge on the spinning bike of 10k cycle, 100 press ups, 100 crunches and 100 squats EVERY DAY! And with 1 day left he has nearly done it. He has been exercising hard behind the scenes – the result speak volumes. He has lost 2% body fat, 2 kgs of fat mass and increased 2kg of muscle mass. So his weight has remained the same but the body comp is very different. He has lost 1 visceral fat point (now 7) and his metabolic age has reduced from 44 to 37. His body started to work more efficiently, completing the task 2.5 minutes quicker at the end than the beginning of the month, burning less calories and operating at a lower average BPM. We are so impressed Chris. Very well done.
