Our Small Group Training sessions have been developed especially for those that want to receive all of the benefits of a personalised fitness plan whilst still enjoying the support of like-minded individuals in a friendly environment. We make sure you reach your own fitness goals by keeping each session strictly capped at 6 members (5 under the new Covid Safe Policy). There are daily semi private coaching sessions to accommodate all schedules. There is no better way to achieve long lasting, body changing results because you get all the individual coaching you need within a group session.

We have two different ability levels of training session, targeted at two specific age ranges. We offer Semi-Private coaching for the over 30s and for the over 55s. The content of the two types of session differs, as does the intensity of the session, to make sure we are meeting the very different needs of those clients.
