Our small group personal coaching sessions have been developed especially for those that want to receive all of the benefits of a personalised fitness plan whilst still enjoying the support of like-minded individuals in a friendly environment.
This exercise programme is aimed at the client who is keen to improve their health and/or better their level of fitness. We offer a holistic approach, combining the right exercise with helpful and relevant nutritional advice to ensure you get the best out of our programme. This is for those of you who either want to kick start your fitness again or to improve your range of movement, to support other sporting hobbies such as golf, tennis or football or leisure activities such as gardening or hill walking. 

We make sure you reach your own fitness goals by keeping each session strictly capped at 6 members (5 under the new Covid Safe Policy). There are daily semi private coaching sessions to accommodate all schedules. There is no better way to achieve long lasting, body changing results because you get all the individual coaching you need within a group session.
