I joined this group Stronger for Longer ‘ thinking well I’ll give it a go’ , with the usual laissez-faire attitude that is typical of me .. only to find I love it !
It’s friendly and run with encouragement, good humour and attention to detail. Nothing escapes the trainers .. if I am pointing my leg wrong … it’s explained and corrected
The groups are small so it feels like personal training , bonus !
Even when I arrive with different aches and pains , somebody listens. Chris , Zoe or John will take into account what’s going on with me and make sure I work within safe parameters
I know if I keep attending I can only get better, whilst enjoying myself. So what’s not to like ? Just give it a go, you just might surprise yourself as I did
