Sarah’s Fitness Journey

I became a member almost 3 years ago. I was very nervous about joining a gym, being unfit, overweight and over 50.  However, Chris and Zoe put me at ease straight away. There was no ‘hard sell’ and I got to do some taster sessions before signing up. The small classes mean that coaches get to know you individually. They adapt exercises to your ability and are endlessly encouraging and supportive. They also offer regular accountability meetings to discuss your goals and keep you on track. The other members are great, so even when classes are challenging you have a laugh. Going to classes is now just part of my routine. I am fitter and stronger than I have ever been. Perhaps best of all, after years of yo-yo dieting, I have managed to drop 2 dress sizes and maintain a healthy weight, without constantly worrying about what I eat and drink.
